We have new position for an experienced and well versed CHANGE MANAGER, for a truly International brand that we are privileged to be working with. This is a truly global role and as such will require international travel. Central to this position will be analysing and improving the way CAPEX is managed and the role will also focus on business process and how change may effect the existing team. In order to be considered for this role candidates must have experience managing CAPEX -!: have a clear understanding of the processes behind CAPEX spend, financially savvy, be comfortable with stakeholder management and an understanding of supply chain on a global level. Candidates applying must have change management experience with a large (ideally global) business, FMCG would be a bonus
